TRACEY's space

Well one of the reasons I do not write much is because I don't have much to say.  To those who know me well, that may be a surprise.

At the moment I am busy getting ready for the holidays and although I have my hands full with the kids and running of the household, I decided to make our outfits for christmas this year.  That has kept me busy.  I enjoy seeing the final product and know that I did that.  I made a nice skirt and matching top for Meghan and a waistcoat for the boys.  You will be able to see the toils of my labor when I get the family christmas pictures sent out.  I am in the process of making my outfit and then Adam will be getting a lovely warm dressing gown. 

I am very busy and wish so much that I could have more of my family around me at these times.  Those friends that I love so well who are like family to me also  (you know who you are!)

Just when I think it should be easier with the kids since they are getting older, it seems like there is more to do.  Bringing up children just seems to me at least to get harder and harder.  A new set of issues as each day passes by.  I often wonder if I am not being the best I can be as a parent.  I hope I am.

Well, I decided to check my email went ahead and made my space.  Can see that a lot of my family and friends already have their own.

Had a long day, Adam is at work and the kids are in bed.  Having three kids is a lot of work.  I  have been spending my days doing the usual boring stuff, cleaning and cooking and so on.   Manage to get a little exercise and have been decorating my dining room.  Attempted to toilet train Liam today.  I used the stove timer and have concluded that he is not ready yet.  He pees every half hour. 

Benjamin is in school for 3 hours a day and loves it.  Meghan is enjoying school also.  Liam does not seem to care that he is by himself.  Liam is definately a boy in all sense of the word.  I like to joke that he can attract dirt like a magnet in no time at all.

For those of you who have met and know of our pet cat Cadberry who is now 9yrs old and still going strong, well she has now got a little brother Garfield who has her a little perturbed but is fitting in well.

On another note Adam and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary on the 19th Sept.

Well another day over and I hope that I get at least 6 hours sleep without being disturbed.  Tracey
